I noticed today that my keyboard on my Samsung Fascinate doesn't auto correct or tell me what it think's im typing and then fix it for me like my old moto droid. Now i know there are settings in the menu but i do have those checked off and applied but it still does not do that. I have auto-correct, quick fixes, and show suggestions all checked off and still nothing...

Anyone having same problem? any fixes?

This may be because you're setting the Android Keyboard settings, rather than the Swype keyboard settings.

With the Swype keyboard up, hit the button in the bottom-left (has an "i" with a hand on it), then Options. From here, you should have word prediction. Now, I'm sure the word prediction here is not the same as what is on the Android Keyboard.

If you don't like any of that, then you may prefer to just "long-press" on a text field (such as the google search field), then change back to the default Android keyboard.. ... knowing that you'll lose your swype capability.
