Keyboard issues

Those are the only apps I have disabled and to clear cache or data I can't because I cannot find it in the app manager. This is weird.

Heh heh, that's certainly clear!;)

The only thing I can suggest based on that screenshot is to reenable Verizon Cloud, in case Verizon has somehow integrated it with the keyboard somehow. Long shot, but won't hurt.

Also, have you considered reinstalling the firmware, either via Smart Switch or Odin?
 
I went to a Samsung experience shop 🏪 and they reflashed the software but to no avail ugh

Settings/ Backup and reset/ Resset settings

That worked for me and now swipe and prediction options are back on settings menu. 😊

I'm not master resetting for this too much work lol. I use SwiftKey mainly so not the end of the world 🌍

I have the same problem. One can no longer do predictive searches on the browsers and contacts when using the 3×4 keyboard with android 6.0. I wish they can remove the text shortcuts and replace it with learn from messages and contacts like what it used to be. Or they can simply create a way of adding once preferred words in the dictionary. I miss the previous keyboard. Wish they will do something about this soonest.
