Keyboard Not working phone app

This morning my keyboard has stopped working IN the phone app. It is my corporate phone. I'll dial the conference number but when I bring up the keyboard to enter the conference passcode, it isn't taking the input. I hear the tones like I have typed them but, it isn't recognizing the input. I have rebooted the phone several times and nothing....help!

I just factory reset the phone and that still didn't fix the issue...sigh.
