Keyboard sounds missing

I use to have touch sounds when I used the keyboard on my phone. It At some point the audio vanished. I can't figure out how to restore it.

I am using themes from the Samsung Theme Store, but I haven't changed launchers. As far as I know, I'm using the Samsung keyboard.

Any suggestions on how I can get keyboard sound back?

If you go to Settings>Language & Input and select Samsung Keyboard, can you find an option there for Sound on Keypress? If so, is it turned on?

The tactile feedback on the Google keyboard seems to just vanish as well. Even thought the settings show tactile feedback is on. Happened twice so far. Have to switch to a different keyboard then switch back to have it work.
