Keyboard suddenly displays the Wrong Keys

I read something about "Ease of Access Center", but what options?

I also changed the "Region and Language". Nothing changed.

Which phone and keyboard do you have? You could try clearing the cache for the keyboard.

I tested it with another, same keyboard. The same issue. So, there must be a problem with the OS.
I'm using windows 7 professional.

With my laptop. I programmed. Then suddenly the two keys changed. I don't know what I pressed. I tried so many things. Nothing works.
