Keyboard/Typing Problems after 5.1.1?

Hey guys, my default keyboard seems like it has gone to utter crap after the update and I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues? Mainly with trying to type (no swiping), the keyboard cannot keep up and therefor interprets random words leaving me with awkward spaces, letters, or guessed words...I never had a single issue before the update and now I can barely type normally with my thumbs.

My SwiftKey, twitter, Google calendar, messages and contacts have all went haywire since the update. Tons of slowdown and errors

Basically everything doesn't feel as smooth as before.

I am experiencing this problem. I switched to the stock keyboard and it's still an issue.
I did a factory reset and only restored my essential apps to rule out any other issues.

Is downgrading the best option for a quick fix?

I took the "theme" off and things are better.. But still a mess. I was talking to SwiftKey and they blamed the memory on the phone... Disappointed Samsung dropped the ball on this. How did it make it past testing. Not to get all crazy but apple doesn't have issues like this. Samsung fixed the issue on the plus and note.. But what about us? We deserve a fix.

I pulled any personalization, including going to the default font and no real difference on my end. Seems to happen if i load swiftkey or google keyboard too...can the screen just not keep up with the input speed now?

I've been going all day using my SwiftKey Flow to type. Haven't had one problem on my LG G4 running 5.1 after the 10/2015 Verizon OTA update! I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but have not done any keyboard theme customization (might be the source of the problem since it's not optimized for the G4.

Also, if it helps, I am trilingual and have my predictions set for English, French, and Spanish. That's the only customization I've been using. I've made this a little long in case any one else has been having trouble with their LG G4, using SwiftKey Flow/Swype, to type and has noticed lags or errors or multiple touch inputs resulting in awful text/typos! (Google searches ;)

I gave Google hangouts another try. It works great! The most recent hangouts update must have fixed all the issues it had a year or so ago when I last tried hangouts as my default messaging app.
