Keypad difficulty during automated phonecalls Samsung Galaxy S5

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and the keypad works fine while dialing a number to call. However, when I'm on the automated bank call, my bank does not "hear" the numbers that I key in. I've gotten locked out of my bank account (and yes I double and triple checked my account number). I also noticed on other automated calls it does not register when I use the keypad to press "1" for yes. Is there setting I need to adjust so that these computers on the other end can accurately hear the numbers I am pressing? :-\

There is nothing you can really adjust to fix the issue. How is your signal when you are doing these type of things?
