Keyword Photo Tagging - How to do it?!?

I use my GS3 for work and need to tag photos of THINGS not PEOPLE. I can only find face tagging as an option. I can turn it on and off, but cannot figure out how to add keyword tags to pictures. Has anyone else had this issue or come across a solution to this hurdle.

It appears you can only tag images with names from your address book. So if you can enter the *things* you want to tag in contacts, you can do this:

Turn on face tagging in the gallery menu.
select an image, and long-press on the thing you want to tag. This will bring up a box that works like a crop box. Drag the edges and reposition to box to cover what you want to tag.
Press "Save" This takes you to you contacts, where you can select the "thing" you want to tag it with.
