***Kids Mode Won't Launch*** Help!

Ok so I cant get the kids mode app to launch on my samsung galexy s5 active. Everytime i try, it acts as if its going to work and then shuts down. It will let me take it from the widget home to my home screen, open it, hit install, it then seems to download just fine and a launch button appears. When i hit launch it seems to start trying to open but then suddenly the message "Alert. Currently unable to download. Please try again later. (11-1)" appears and it kicks me out. If I open it again it's back to asking me to install the app. I have tried on and off for the last week and it's the same everytime. I'm not sure what to do but am so sad it isn't working. Loved it on my galexy s4. Is there anything I can do to get it to work?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't quite understand the step you describe about taking it from the widget home to your home screen. If it's the Kids Mode app, you should be able to tap the app in your App Drawer to start. Or you could drag the icon from the App Drawer to your homescreen -- is this what you mean by "widget home"?

To make sure you have it installed, open your Galaxy Apps Store or the Play Store on your phone and search for Kids Mode. Does it give you an option to Install or Uninstall?
