Kiew3 Backup not working on some items

Hi, I have been using Kies to backup my phone and have just realised that some items are not backing up. The backup finishes but over some items - Call Log, Story Album and SMS there is an orange circle with an exclamation mark in it. These items are then not available for restore. I have tried hovering over the items but it doesn't tell me anything. Does anyone know what this means?
