Kit Kat Bug

I've upgraded to Kit Kat. I've noticed that my phone will struggle sometimes to come back when I unlock it. The screen will be blank and the buttons will light. It wasn't like that before. I hope that can be ironed out.

Have you tried turning it off & on again? My lock screen went really slow & laggy after work one day. Turning it off then on again solved the issue.
