I read, today, I think on xda, that it doesn't roll out by region, necessarily.
Take it, for what it's worth....
I'm in the Pacific Northwest. I'm just gonna let it come, instead of checking for updates. I figured that way will give me time for others to share their experience.

Location does not matter. You just have to wait until they allow you to pull it again. Try again tomorrow.

Motorola traditionally pushes out in batches. Your location doesn't matter. It will go through stages of push until it's available for pull for everyone who didn't get the update pushed.
