Thats where I got mine too. They werent in the candy section but instead at the checkout counter.Also at CVS stores someone told me as well

oh drat, i see they're in being found in Target & Publix stores. We don't have Publix here and we only have 1 target and you can't even take a train to it, you have to take a bus, lol, so that's def. out.

Just was in a Walgreens and they had them for $0.49 on sale. Bought 4. Even if I lose, I eat candy throughout the week anyone, lol, so I'm good. Just wanna win twice, once for nexus media app and once for flash cards deluxe. Here's hoping.

They will email a code that can be applied to your primary google play account. My girlfriend has 2 gmail accounts that I used and won $5 on each account. I was able to apply them to my account.

Rules say you can enter each day if you do not win a prize. They say the day is 12 am to 12 pm so maybe you just missed the designated window. The rules also say using multiple email addresses by one person will void the entry.
