Hey guys. I've got one of those AT&T branded MemoPad 7 LTE tablets. My wife got it free with our last upgrade/promo. Currently it's got Android 4.2 on it. Is it possible to upgrade this device to 4.4 (KitKat)? When I use the device to check for an upgrade, it tells me there is no upgrade available. Any help would be appreciated.

It should be upgradable if it's this tablet. Try rebooting it and checking.
If that doesn't work, go into settings>apps>google play services, clear cache, and check again.
It's a hard thing to force. Let us know if any of that works and verify that we're looking at the same tablet! Thanks
Looks like the one to me. Sadly, I don't have it at work with me, so I'll have to try this later this evening. I'll let you know how it goes.
Okay,the answer I got today from AT&T is that corporate has not pushed the update out yet. So there is no update visible because there is no update there.
So is there a way to go around AT&T and simply update it myself? I'm familiar with loading Blackberry Os from other sources than my carrier, so can this be done similar to that?
