I didn't wait for the OTA, on one of the other forum posts about KK said to do it through Kies3. I installed the drivers as well as Kies3, when I connected my phone the update was waiting. That was 3 days ago.

LOL, just updated my sprint sm-n900p.12 note 3 (through sprint) and after update the touch interface didn't work, only the s-pen. Had me worried, but one more reboot and the phone recognizes my fingers again.

Anyone have problems with the SD card in the 4.4 update?

Writing to the SD card using third-party apps I installed on my phone, yes, this can have problems. With what I've tried, writing files works at least sometimes, but writing folders doesn't. Reading from the card seems to work fine for all apps I've tried though, and pre-installed apps seem to be able to write to the SD card without trouble. I think there's at least one thread around here, maybe in the general Note 3 forum, about possible SD card issues, so you might look for that if you want more info on this particular point.
