KnockOn tap to open disables active notification?

The KnockOn app, which works wonderfully to double tap to wake screen, seems to have disable the active notification/hand wave functionality.

Anyone else notice this? Anyone sing any other tap to wake app that works as well? (requires super-little double tap pressure)

I've thought about installing it. I do miss the knock on of the LG phones. I'm sure the API used is accessing the same API the active notification does and they can't both work. It's accessing the "wake" functionality of the phone and only one or the other can work. They are rather redundant. You pretty much have to decide which you like more. Do you want to knock or wave?
