Known issue - video camera freezing.

Hey, All...

I've been reading articles lately, as well as forums, were people are claiming that there are issues with the video camera freezing - Stock app and third party apps.

I'm A victim!

Anyone else?
 
Encountered on my note 8 before, so far not on my note 9, but I did not take a lot of videos yet though
 
Yeah I'm getting this just as of late. It happened once when I first got the phone then I restarted and it went away. Now it's happening more and more now. The whole app freezes in live view and while shooting video. Getting super annoying and they need to fix it.

I have an AT&T 512GB Blue model. No SD card and have the Scene Optimizer turned off.

Hopefully it's all software-related
 
This happened to me the first day I owned the device 512gb on T-Mobile, probably the first time I used the camera. This was over a week ago and I haven't been able to recreate the problem nor have I installed any OTA updates yet, so not sure what and how the problem fixed itself.
 
Went to a concert last night. First time really taking videos. It was constantly freezing. How can we let Samsung know about this.
