I am working as IT consultant to a school which has bought 363 Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and they are using the Knox system to admin the devices.
One of the problems is that the school wifi network is crap and they have managed to lock out one of the devices. Here is how it happened, in the Policies section of Knox, they restricted access to settings on the devices. This prevented them to changing the wifi settings (Or Bluetooth) and the device doesn't seem to automatically reconnect to the wifi network. This lockout happened after they rebooted the device. Like I said, now the device is locked out and because the restriction policy which prevents accessing settings is still in effect, I can re-enable either the Wifi or Bluetooth, so I could reconnect the device to Knox and update the policy settings.
