I have a Kyros MID7015. I didn't use it for a few months, and when I tried to use it, it was dead. I tried to recharge but it didn't take.
On a forum someone said it was either a damaged battery or a damaged recharger cord.
I read the directions to replace the battery. Due to my circumstances (I am currently in a convalescent home) I can not remove and solder. So I bought a new cord and crossed my fingers. No lights came on and it didn't charge.
And, so ..... I'm looking for someone in the USA who can replace the battery for me and ensure it works. I'll gladly pay for the new battery and return UPS costs plus pay for your time.
