KRT16O vs KRT16S

I recently side loaded kit kat 4.4 build krt16O. However now I have an update available icon in the notification bar. Im pretty sure it is KRT16S. I am rooted. Is it worth it to unroot to install it? What is the difference between the two builds? Can I flash this build without losing data?

Aside from bug fixes, there was one major bug that would have affected people when updating from 4.3 to 4.4 (as i understand it). These were fixed to prevent potential issues from happening.
