middbrew Well-known member Jul 17, 2011 237 1 0 Dec 7, 2018 #3 I was under the impression if a device didn't have Widevine DRM you wouldn't be able to play Netflex and Amazon Prime movies. So I'm going to say that the V40 has Widevine DRM because I can play Netflex and Amazon Prime movies on mine.
