30% brightness and just mobile data. Nothing else. My device is 2 days old.

And I tried to be generous for the times i gave but. I realized I start to lose every 3-4 mins.

Can you post a screenshot of your battery stats, please?

Your battery is still in a break in period, but, this is excessive.

Allow me to post some screenshots from that link.
The stats seem okay to me, but let's see what others think.

If I ever had to look at a screen at 30% brightness I would junk it. Personal preference, I like to see a big bright crisp white screen. Even at 100%, my G3 is vastly brighter than my G4.

I have every possible bloatware app either removed or disabled. I also use my trusty "Advanced Task Killer Free" (by Rechild) which kills everything in sight except the apps you tell it to leave running.

With that said, the G4 battery drops like a 50 pound rock. The battery itself is not the problem, its the heating/throttling/dimming garbage that LG tricks you into thinking is a good thing when they're really only putting lipstick on a pig.

Free battery promo? Shoukld be 5 free batteries.

I'm not seeing any issues. On pace to get 6 hours of SOT which is great. You might be able to get a little more by not using Chrome as your browser but that's all I really see.

Post a full cycle battery stats for more accurate data.

What carrier are you using with your G4? Also, don't use task killers. No matter what you think, it's doing more harm than good.

The right Taskiller is a must. Actually, what I think is exactly what I do. I'm not one to be dictated to so I'll leave you to dicate to those who are easliy influenced.

I'm pretty sure you weren't being dictated to.

Not using a task killer is the general consensus but to each their own of you choose to use one.
