labs option in Honeycomb 3.1 browser?

How do i turn on the lab option to turn on the full screenbrowser feature in honeycomb 3.1? Looks like Samsung had turned off that feature on SGT 10.1. This feature works on Xoom with 3.1 browser.

I spoke with a Samsung rep last weekend when I picked up my GT at BB. His had the labs add ons. He said that it would be available in July along with the touch wiz upgrade/downgrade.

I really miss the quick controls. I just switched from the Xoom to the GT and was bummed to see that missing.
