Lack of caffiene? But wheres the setting to keep email and FB from checking every five minutes

Lack of caffiene, lack of food probably. But wheres the setting so I can keep them from checking over and over and over. Every 30 mins is fine by me.

For facebook look under settings and look under refresh interval. For email I havent found anything

For email, go to email app, then go to settings at the bottom, click on which account, and in data usage, change the inbox check frequency
