Lack of external LED notification.

I've seen some people griping about there being no external LED notification light for messages. An app called NoLED is available for those who dont want to have to wake up their phone constantly to check for texts or a variety of other notofications.

Check it out. It's not perfect, but for what it is, it's pretty fantastic.
