Lag on textra

Have you tried clearing the cache of Textra? Go into system settings > applications > downloaded or all > Textra. Clear cache and see if that helps.

I used to use it a while back and loved it.

Textra on my note 4 work seamlessly but once I got the s7 it went haywire so I deleted and transitioned to Google messenger and I can't complain. Textra hasn't been stable enough lately for me try messenger clean and simple with less customization but it's worth it

Yes I've had lag. And I put that in the review in playstore. I've done that before too. They replied immediately and then went back and forth with my via email for hours. They didn't think there was any problem.

I told them I'll just download the pro Apk version of the previous version from the Web. They got really mad and said it's illegal and that I shouldn't. I asked them to fix the issue and I'll return to the regular one

They haven't updated since then.

I went ahead and download the 3.15 version from the Web. It works like a charm.

The latest update lagged. When I pressed send button it took a second to show the message I sent. And also made some hiccups here and there.

I'm waiting for the 3.18 version.

Although I think 3.15 and lower versions are better and smoother.

You should go and put this in the app review.

I am using Textra now on my S7 Edge and to be honest .. It runs better than anything else I have used on that phone. It is very very smooth and snappy.

I would try a cache / data clear if you're having lag on it.

I had to delete mine as well. It was horrible almost none of my messages were coming through on time or at all for all I know.
