Lag while updating apps

Anyone else notice the S5 lags a very large amount if you try to do anything while it's updating apps. It's almost a crazy amount of lag. My other phones never did this.

Uh no, it always does that in the background and I have never noticed it slowing mine down.

Nope...no lag here. Perhaps you have a memory hog of an app running in the background.

I do have lag spikes when it is installing the updates because it's writing on the phone. It's subtle and last only for a second, but it is still lag.
