Laggy Camera

This isn't like an end of the world issue for me, but does anyone else notice the camera sometimes gets laggy? Not like Android laggy where like, bringing up a menu takes longer than it should or switching to the gallery makes everything seemingly freeze for a few seconds... I mean like if I hold out the phone while on camera and move it around me, it skips around rather than moving in a smooth camera motion.

I thought that was weird for such a powerful phone and great camera.

Does this seem to happen in low light situations? When light levels are low the phone will keep the shutter open longer to let in more light, thus increasing the exposure. When the shutter is held open for longer, the camera display does get "laggier" as you described it. To fix this, simply lower the exposure manually.
