Hey everyone. My Turbo seems to have an issue with refusing to go into landscape. Box is checked for auto rotation in settings. I've done a restart as well as wiped the cache partition but nothing has worked. Any other suggestions what I can do?

Try Sensor Box to see if the orientation sensor is working correctly.

Thanks B Diddy. Ran sensor box and everything is pointing to a bad sensor. This will be my 3rd replacement each for a different issue. Rrrrgggghhhh frustrating

I was going to "Like" your post, but there ain't nothin' to like about that situation. :(

I dropped my Turbo a couple of feet (it has a protective case) and the sensor stopped working. How annoying.

Fortunately I tapped the phone with my knuckles from a few angles and it started working again and has worked since (file this under the "neva know" category.)

Are you using the stock launcher ? If so the display will not rotate on the home screen . You need to use an alternate launcher to have it rotate on the home screen .

I'm using Nova. None of the apps would rotate. YouTube, chrome, gallery all stay portrait even when the phone is rotated to landscape.
