Laptop doesn't recognize photos and/or videos I want to download from S6 Galaxy

When I connect to laptop, it recognizes my S6 phone but no files. There are photos I want to download to One Drive but it says my account has been blocked... I go into my account and it's working fine. Please advise... I've been doing all I know and nothing is helping... Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! When you connect the phone to you PC via USB, swipe down the notification panel and tap the USB icon -- make sure MTP (or File Transfer) is selected. Then, on your PC, open Windows Explorer and look for the phone in the device list -- when you open it, you should now see the files. Manually select the photos or videos you want to move, and copy them to the hard drive.

I'm not sure about the message telling you your OneDrive account has been blocked -- you may want to contact Microsoft about that.
