Large PDFs and android tablets

Hi everyone!
I have an Asus K00F, which I try to use to read big pdf files (more than 100 mb each); it does not work well, it is slow and it crashes almost every day.
I am looking to replace it and was wondering which specs most impact on PDF displaying capacity (e.g. processor, RAM, ecc) and if you've got some advice... I'd rather buy a 7-8 inch screen because I want to have my device with me to read in my spare time.

What application are you using to read PDF files? I recommend downloading Adobe Reader from the Play Store. If that doesn't work, then buy a tablet with more RAM. Nexus 7 is great.

Thanks! I use Ezpdf; should I look for something with more than 2 gbs of ram?
