Large SD transfers crash phone

I have an issue with the every version since installing Reborn 2 series.
When I move large data such as a backup or move to SD that is over 10mb my phone reboots.
Smaller transfers work fine.

I have also noticed this when installing from market as well (but only during the install)

I had another post on this but since then it has been narrowed down some.

Only large files or apks have issue.

Any behavior difference if you copy/paste and then delete file in the unwanted location? Using an 8 gig class 6 card, instead, though.

Only did apps, installs and moves.
Saving an all to SD seems to work fine pre install
I don't think it has to do with the card since this is the 2nd card that I have tried. Same result on both cards.

Have you tried to turn down your max cpu ?

dialed it down to 600 and it worked.
should I keep it at 600

Well I would turn it up a notch or 2 and try it there. Basically you can try to find where your cap is that way

it is very much appreciated.
I will test CPU speeds and see what runs comfortable.

No problem, this Rom still runs great at 600 BTW.
