Last straw

I never had overheating problems or crashing problems until kit Kat. I have always had wifi problems with this huge piece of garbage. There are no contradictions in my post.

Nearly 3 months and you're still putting up with a non-functioning (for all practical purposes) tablet? Have you tried to exchange it, take it back, file a warranty claim?
One thing I didn't understand is in your first post you said, " I thought my wifi issues were just my phone being stupid...". So you ARE having problems with other devices? Then you said, " It just seems odd that none of my other devices, including my old 10.1 have any connection problems". Maybe you should just try a new router. If that's not the problem, you can return (the router). I've never had any trouble with mine staying connected.

I've put up with it because I understand sometimes things just have weird glitches. I'm going to see if I can get Samsung to do something. I don't have an ipad because I hate ios. It's just frustrating to pay so much money for something and then have nothing but problems. I thought I was upgrading from the old one. We'll see what happens.

Nothing. I'm just using it like normal. It still gets warm but hasn't been crashing like before.

I know Samsung can build a good product. I have the galaxy s5 and it is flawless. I can do everything on it that I do on the tablet and it never gets hot, never crashes, the wifi always works. I seriously have no problems with it at all.

Thank you for your reply. I'm not rooted. I did another factory reset after fixing my screen issue so well see what that does.
