I agree. If that's the real deal, which I'm believing more and more, then I think they've failed. Samsung appears to (finally) be upping their game with the S6 and for HTC to rest on their design laurels at this point would be a huge mistake.

I'm stealing this quote below from the HTC M9 section of this forum. It describes the situation exactly:

You couldn't be more incorrect. HTC isn't Apple. They are still trying to BUILD their brand. They can't rest on laurels they don't have and release the same phone over and over again like Apple. I am a HTC fan but if they try to trot this render out on March 1st I am looking elsewhere. I personally don't think the phone will look like this and will resemble evleaks ones more.

I think the Verge and some other sites are doing this as click-bait. If true I'll curtail my time at those sites as a result of this garbage.
