Latest rendered most apps useless

After the latest ATT update most apps are completely useless. All I Get are blank screens

Could you elaborate? You can't use any apps?

I Can use apps however all I can get is a blank white page cannot read read anything. I have to go in through the websites to be able to make anything readable. Even gmail is screwed as is the Android Central app. After the update was done i got a message that my apps were being "optimized" they weren't joking....

Whoa. You may want to try a factory reset.

Already have. No luck. I DMd ATT support via Twitter an ed theyre escalating it to tech support.
