Latest software Update on S6 Edge

[AC Question]

I have just done the 'latest software Update' on my Samsung S6 Edge and I hate it, really not user friendly, takes twice as long to find anything and really ugly. How can I go back to the previous setting before I updated. Any advice greatly appreciated but please in simple terms as I have not understood some of the previous 'techy speak' and am hating my phone right now. Many thanks
