latest update and incremented bootloader?

Has anyone taken the latest OTA and tried to roll back to 4.4.4 KitKat?

I'm guessing Verizon locked it?

Yup, Verizon and ATT incremented the bootloader. If you have taken the latest LP OTA, you are now stuck on LP and cannot revert to KK.

Mobile Signal any worse on latest? I haven't taken it, I may not unless it's stable and the radio isn't worse..
