Latest update really screwed up my phone

[Android Central Question]

Samsung s9 plus phone. Many apps no longer work properly. My biggest problem is with my Platonics headset. It no longer connects to ok Google without unlocking the phone first. I can't use it hands free while driving anymore.
Having issues with Facebook and SwiftKey keyboard just to name a few. HELP
