Latest update s8+ android

[Android Central Question]

On 3-23-18 my phone S8+ android asked me to do update. Im so angry, I dont care about the update to icons and whatever else but Samsung took away the ability to adjust (slidebar) saturation, ect. And now only filters are available. I feel like I just lost all my zest to take ouctures period. Loved my phone, now I hate it. I want ti undue the update and keep my phone, keep promoting android and samsung but Im about ready to flip.
