Latest Verizon V30 Update Problems

My phone updated day before yesterday and now my apps are crashing nearly constantly. Often a succession of pop-up screens saying apps that I didn't even have open have closed. Then they disappear before I can even send an error report. Anyone else having this? Is a fix on the way?

Have you tried a factory reset to see if that fixes it as this is definitely not an Oreo issue.
