LCD Density Problem

So, I have a problem. I was messing around with the LCD Density settings on my phone and set it way too low. And now, once my phone is on, everything is too small and i can't change the settings on phone because TW keeps FC on me. and for some reason, when my phone is plugged into my computer via usb, its not showing up. what can I do to fix this? Thanks.
