Leadked Froyo 2.2 Charging takes forrrreeevveeerrr

Mine doesn't charge near as fast, but I'm getting a lot more battery life. Doubt there's a parallel there, but I'm happy either way.

My guess is that it takes longer to charge because it fixed the original problem of having to bump charge to get a full charge previously. Also I noticed that if you kill the facebook app when not using it the battery lasts much longer. Apparently there is a known bug with the facebook update that is draining batteries.

Mine takes longer to charge too, I do seem to get a little more out of it but I still have to bump charge.

Battery and Signal Issues

Since the leak my battery life has decreased and it takes a long long time to charge.

Also my signal is horrible and i am in the middle of tower city. I had 2 inc's and both had or have horrible signal issues. 94 db them 08 bd 1 to 4 bars. I havent a clue as what to do. My BB Tour have 4 or 5 bars at all times

My battery life is definetely improved but the Charge time with
the phone on is much longer now.
I have found its about twice as fast to charge with the phone turned off !!


Is there a fix for this phone ON charging time issue with a kernal, Rom, whatever
if I ROOT the phone?
