Least expensive Verizon Android phone with preferably 4.1 or if not 4.0

I need to sign up for a Verizon plan due to recent move and lack of signal on my other carrier. Like 4.1 very much but limited in $$ to buy a used phone. What are cheapest phones for Verizon, with LTE if possible? How about 4.0 with LTE?

LG LUCID 2 is free with new contract. It's a lower level smart phone that gets great reviews from new smartphone users to savvy ones alike. I believe it runs on 4.2. If you're looking for something more mid range as far as the hardware and software goes. .I believe the samsung galaxy s3 is free also. .Probably runs on 4.1..do some research ans see..good lyck!
