you could just buy your own, but you need to make sure it has the "gucci notch". They do sell tools that will allow you to cut your own notch in any leather band as well, I just watched a video of a guy who cut his own band to fit the 360.

Also there have been reports of the back cracking on people using other bands. Why I really dont know but all I can guess is, they are trying to cram the bands in the 360 to make them fit since they do not have said notch.
