I say the galaxy s3 I owned a lot of androids and I like them all but I'm a heavy user and tend to buy extended batteries on them all but weird thing is that even with a 3500 battery my 2800 galaxy s3 stock battery last hours then them. The razr maxx I also heard last a long time but using their old Motorola's os might bring you back to iPhone . Go with galaxy s3 because soon we will have jelly bean and it will be awesome. I used it on my galaxy nexus but I needed to switch over after a few months to this phone and had to lose it but I gain so much more on the other end
