Lebara UK sim 3G ISSUE

I have a lebara sim for my s7 edge.

its a new sim. i activated a plan that has 3g data worth of 2gb. it was activated and i got a confirmation message. however when i turn on mobile data theres no 3g symbol theres only a E symbol and the speed is toooo slow. i know this is not 3g so can someone help me as to what i should do?

i looked for lebara 3g internet settings but could not find anywhere.

What's the exact model number of the phone? We first need to determine if the phone supports Lebara's network bands.
