Led colour notifications

Can anyone help?!

I have a samsung s6 edge and im looking to change the colour of the led light for notifications on my apps such as Facebook, Snapchat etc.

I know you can download apps to do so but I don't want to have them running in the background as it drains the battery and annoying on homescreen.

Can you do this without having an app running in background? !

Certain Apps have an option under their own notification settings ala WhatsApp. For those that don't your best bet without an App is pestering the developers to include it in an update.

Im sure those LED changing apps dont drain that much battery, maybe less than 1% batetery per hour.
