LED flashes blue all the time....

So my LED light flashed blue all the time even if I have 0 notifications. Its been like this since I got it a few weeks ago, is this normal?

Yahoo Mail can do that--do you have it installed?

I get the blue every time I unlock. With light manager app, blue is set to missed phone calls. But when I see the blue upon unlock, it's got nothing to do with that particular notification... bit of an anomaly.
