Android Central Question
I while ago I dropped my Samsung galaxy S6 on the ground. Although the screen is not cracked, it won't turn on. I have been trying with no success to get the phone to connect to a computer so that I can remove my pictures. When plugged in the computer doesn't even register that something is connected to it.
the Led indicator turns on when the phone is plugged in to an outlet so I know it at least responds a little bit but it still refuses to connect to the computer. I have tried it on multiple PCs with multiple cords with no luck.
I realise its probably hopeless but any help on how I could fix this problem and save even some of my data would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
