LED light broken on 5.0 Samsung S5

So the reason I got the S5 was because of the LED light but now it seems like it's broken because it doesn't blink. If I have I on silent or higher no light. The option In settings to turn it on is not their either. Is their a fix or is it just gone.

Same problem. When my Moto G (2014) is on mute, I don't get an LED flash. Tried Light Flow but even that didn't help...

I've since gathered that this is fixed in 5.1, otherwise there is no workaround.

Trying to get LED notifications to work on mute mode on Samsung s5 but yes it does look like it got fixed on 5.1 but Samsung doesn't seem to be in a rush to release it

In FULL silent mode, or have you got it set with sound notifications off but with vibrate notifications on?
